In case you have changed your mind or accidentally have ordered the wrong item or it is simply no longer needed, you are able to return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different product within 30 days of delivery with its original packaging as long as it is unused. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.

Return instructions will be emailed within 24 hours during the business days. Please note, we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We carefully inspect returned items and exchange the products or provide a refund using the original method of payment. If by any chance returned items would be damaged, without original packaging or have any signs of use, we reserve the rights not to refund or exchange the products.
Due to some unfortunate events, damages or mishaps may sometimes occur and we are sincerely sorry about this. If item on order is damaged, defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the package and items you received (it will help us to determine the issue) and send us an email including the following information:
